You must be 18 years or older to be eligible to apply for PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD. For applicants below 18 years of age, the application form must be signed by your parent or legal guardian.
The PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD is not a credit card or charge card.
Staffs of Platinum Star Coach are not eligible to apply and use the PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD.
Ticketing Officers are not allowed to use their PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD during working hours and strictly not on customer purchases.
The PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD is renewable at the annual membership fee of RM10.00.
PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD must be presented to the cashier upon payment.
The Card is not transferable and members must produce identification as and when requested.
Payment made is strictly non refundable.
If a PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD is stolen, lost or damaged, a replacement fee of RM10.00 per card is applicable.
Please present your Temporary PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD for Members’ Privileges while waiting for PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD.
Your PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD will be mailed to you within 1-2 months from the date of application.
Discount is not applicable with concurrent promotions or cases where a discount is already granted.
The Company reserves the right to use and utilize the database information for marketing purposes.
The Company reserves the right to decline the issuance of or withdraw the PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without notice.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the programme at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, PLATINUM STAR COACH SDN BHD shall give advance notice to members in the manner PLATINUM STAR COACH SDN BHD deems appropriate.
The Company reserves the right to omit, add or amend the PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD Terms & Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing PLATINUM STAR MEMBER CARD Terms & Conditions.
